I began my career in the trucking industry with two of the nation’s leading LTL carriers, building a strong foundation in operations, pricing strategy, and the complexities that shape freight movement. That early experience gave me a deep understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, and the critical role efficiency plays across the supply chain.
Today, I focus on strengthening strategic partnerships and driving results through data-driven decision making. In my current role, I manage key 3PL relationships while providing financial and pricing expertise that supports revenue growth and long-term profitability. I lead complex pricing negotiations and bid activities, develop strategies that enhance customer value, and collaborate closely with Sales and internal teams to deliver competitive, high-quality LTL solutions.
