Bio

Kent Grisham was appointed President and CEO of the Nebraska Trucking Association in January, 2018, following many years of marketing, public relations and political affairs work in Omaha and throughout the state.  Kent has also served with many charitable and non-profit Boards and committees, and is currently on the Douglas County Fair Advisory Board, the GROW Nebraska Board, the Nebraska Department of Transportation Innovation Task Force, the Nebraska Transportation Center at the University of Nebraska, and the Nebraska Diplomats.

In 2022 Kent retired after 24 years from the City of Fremont as a Reserve Police Officer. 

Kent is also a licensed Pastor. He and his wife, Tracey, currently lead “Blended & Blessed Omaha,” a ministry that serves the unique needs of couples and children in blended families throughout the community, regardless of church affiliation.

Kent holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from Bellevue University and a Master's Degree in Theology & Biblical Studies from Belhaven University.  He and Tracey, in their own blended family, have 3 children and 8 grandchildren.
